What this means for you: Please fill the form at the bottom of this page. We will enter your information into Headway. Headway is the 3rd party system we use to verify and file claims for you. Headway is working with providers like us to manually verify benefits. This process is taking at least 14 days to complete once entered.

Once verified we can let you know how much your co pay is and begin scheduling sessions with you.

If you want to begin therapy sooner you certainly can. You have two options. 1) Pay the full amount the insurance company is asking for therapy and once they verify your benefits they will reimburse you any amount you paid over your copay. 2) Completely disregard insurance for a few weeks and opt into self pay. Our clinician's self pay rates are on the the "Rates" page. Your insurance company will not reimburse you for self pay amounts.

As soon as anything changes or we have new information we will update this page. This is effecting many healthcare organizations including CVS, and Costco, as well as many other clinicians. Unfortunately we have no update for when everything will be fixed and running at 100%.
At CCG we have clinicians who are able to accept insurance. Not all clinicians are able to accept insurance. Often times, clinicians who do accept insurance will have very limited availability because of full case loads and a larger case load and full waitlist for new new clients. Below is a list of clinicians who accept insurance at this time as well as which insurance carriers they work with. You will need to contact Shea, who handles our office administration to learn about booking and to verify benefits. You may also fill out the form below and Shea will reach out to you Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
