Couples counseling is most successful when you have more goals for yourself than your partner.

The thought of going to couples therapy can be scary and taking those first steps takes courage. It may have been a long time since you felt you could be vulnerable with your partner. Whether you and your spouse or partner are experiencing high levels of conflict, devastating distance, or just need support to get through a tough time, we can help.  We work with couples through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method of Couples Counseling, and Relational Life Therapy (RLT). Be sure to ask your therapist if there is a good book to read that aligns with the specific model your therapist uses.

*It's important to note here, we are not the morality police and will not judge you, your past, or anything else that comes up in therapy. We believe that relationships are incredibly complex and without the proper tools and behaviors can leave both partners feeling hopeless. We believe in this work and have helped hundreds of couples on their journey and would be honored to join you on yours.
