"Having depression is like seeing the world through a dark glass. Healing begins when you realize the glass can be lifted."
— Dr. Jonathan Rottenberg

Depression

Depression does not discriminate—it affects people of all ages, genders, races, and religions. It can manifest in different ways and, for some, may require a combination of talk therapy and medication for effective treatment.

When treating depression, especially major depressive disorder, the goal is to reduce symptoms to a manageable level. While some may experience complete relief, for many, progress means moving from struggling to get out of bed to being able to manage daily responsibilities with greater ease.

Our clinicians will meet you where you are, listen to your experiences, and work with you to help you move toward the life you want. Research shows that 80%–90% of individuals who seek therapy for depression experience a reduction in symptoms, offering hope for meaningful change.
