Hello!
My name is Charlie.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Clinical Rehabilitation Counselor, and certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors. I began my professional career in the business field, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Sales from Kennesaw State University in 2011. After nearly a decade of success in the software sales industry, my desire to make a more positive and tangible impact on those around me led me back to the classroom.
In 2020, I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Mercer University. I chose this field because I am passionate about helping individuals and couples create meaningful and lasting change in their lives and relationships. I primarily work with couples, men, and individuals with disabilities. My approach is directive, and I strive to ensure that every client feels safe and heard in each session. The work we do together may be challenging at times, but I firmly believe it will be worth it.
I believe that anyone who desires change has the ability to achieve it—provided they are given the right tools and support.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer, going on adventures with my two kids, and making swimbaits for bass fishing.
I am in-network with the following insurance plans for individual counseling only:
Anthem EAP – Bank of America
Carelon Behavioral Health
Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia
Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey
