Therapy Buddy: A Tool for the Time Between Sessions

A lot of the real work happens between sessions — when something comes up you want to remember, when a worry won't quiet down, when you need a breath. In a Brainspotting Training I remember the instruct mentioning that a client can process a session for up to two weeks! That is your brain working hard and I built a small tool to help with that. It's called Therapy Buddy, and it lives on your phone.
Everything stays on your device. Nothing is sent to me, to a company, or to a server. No account, no data leaving your phone. You can add a 4-digit lock so it's just for you.

What's inside:
Sessions — after you meet with your therapist, note what came up, how you felt, and what you want to bring next time. Come back and add to it whenever something surfaces later.
Reflect — gratitude lists, a place to dump worries, and a log for wins.
Habits — build your own trackers and watch your streaks.
Calm — guided breathing, soothing sounds, and short meditations.

How to start:
Open the link: Therapy Buddy
Tap Get started. Set a PIN or skip it.
Add it to your home screen when prompted (iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen. Android: menu → Add to Home screen).
Use as much or as little as feels right. There's nothing you have to keep up with.
This is a companion, not a crisis service. If you're ever in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or someone else call or text 988.
